Booking your car is simple! You can reserve online through our website by filling out the booking form with your rental details, or contact us directly via phone or email. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
Do I need a credit card to book a car?
No, we do not require card details or a deposit to confirm your booking. Payment is made upon arrival, either by cash (EUR, USD, or Seychelles Rupees) or card (note: card payments carry a 4% surcharge).
Can I pay by card or cash upon arrival?
Yes! You can pay by cash or card. Just note there’s a 4% surcharge for card payments.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes. You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup. Later cancellations may incur a small fee. Contact us anytime for help.
Can I book a car at short notice?
If booking less than 2 hours before pickup, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or phone to confirm availability and avoid delays.
Can I edit my booking?
Absolutely. Just contact us with your booking details, and we’ll help you make any needed changes.
Vehicles & Driving
What types of vehicles do you offer?
We offer compact, economical cars for city driving as well as larger vehicles for families or groups. Both automatic and manual options are available.
Do you rent to young drivers?
Yes. The minimum age is generally 21, though this may vary by vehicle. A small fee may apply for drivers under 25.
What documents are needed to rent a car?
You’ll need a valid driver’s license, a passport (for international guests), and a local ID or credit card. Please make sure all documents are valid for the rental period.
Do I need an International Driving License?
No. A valid driver’s license from your country is sufficient.
Can I add an extra driver?
Yes! Extra drivers can be added for free, but they must meet the same requirements and be listed in the rental agreement.
During the Rental
What happens if the car breaks down?
Contact us immediately. We’ll arrange roadside assistance and, if needed, a replacement vehicle.
What if I get a flat tire?
You can change it using the compact spare or call us for help. We’ll guide you or send support as needed.
What if the key is lost or damaged?
Contact us right away. A replacement will be delivered within 2 hours. Charges range from €300–€500, depending on the vehicle.
What should I do in case of an accident?
Do not move the car. Call us immediately. We will assist you and involve the police for proper documentation.
What if I need help after working hours?

Pickups, Returns & Locations
Do you offer delivery and pickup services?
Yes! We deliver to your hotel or accommodation. It’s free for rentals of 3 days or more. For shorter rentals or remote areas, a small fee may apply.
Can I pick up the car at one location and return it to another?
Yes, one-way rentals are available. Let us know in advance so we can arrange it. A small fee may apply.
What happens if I return the car late?
Late returns may be charged extra. Please contact us if you need more time — we’ll try to accommodate.
What if I return the car with less fuel?
You’ll be charged for any missing fuel. We’ll inform you of the fuel level during handover. We don’t offer refunds for extra fuel.
Can I request a full tank at pickup?
Yes. You can add a full tank option during your booking.
How will I find your representative at the airport or jetty?
Our rep will be waiting with a sign showing the name used in your booking. If you can’t find them, contact us via WhatsApp or email.
Do I need to provide my flight number?
Yes, please! This helps us track your arrival and any delays. Without it, we may release the car if you don’t show up on time.
Insurance & Protection
Is insurance included in the rental?
Yes, basic insurance is included in all rentals. This covers essential protection. We also offer additional coverage options, such as reducing your excess or adding protection for specific damages.
What is EXCESS?
The excess is the amount you’ll be responsible for in case of damage before insurance covers the rest. It varies depending on your coverage plan.
Can I reduce my excess amount?
Yes. You can choose an add-on during booking to lower your excess for extra peace of mind.

Are there mileage limits?
Nope! We offer unlimited mileage — drive as much as you want.
Is parking free and safe?
Yes, most areas offer free and safe parking. Just avoid parking under coconut trees — falling coconuts can damage the car, and you’ll be responsible for repairs.
What happens if the car I booked isn’t available?
We’ll provide a similar vehicle or a free upgrade, depending on what’s available.
